It’s a great shot but coming out like Murray did his glove barely extends upwards. If you look at the camera angle behind Nico there is quite a bit of room there. But it’s a perfectly place shot that most won’t stop.

Beat proper side glove with time to set himself and close off the angle. Vanacek made a similar save on Matthess in the first and it was pretty ordinary.

The problem isn't the goal, how small a 6'5 guy looked. If he just faces the shooter with size he has a better chance. He went down too early

Watch the replay. Murray made himself pretty small and that shot wasn't particularly impressive - yes, it was aimed at the top corner, but wasn't bar down, etc.

Murray has had issues with his glove hand for many years now. Not sure what kind of miracle you guys are expecting.

Well in theory every shot is savable, if you say the goalie would have done this and that. That shot hit the crossbar right in the corner.
