100% agree. You put it plain and simple. I'm such a Pens Homer, It's hard to admit that Bylsma has flaws. He has to admit it and he can fix it if he wants to.

It's not much, but it's a darn good start.
1) Fire Bylsma.
2) Trade Kennedy, Vokoun & Orpik for spare parts.
3) Employ a brand new defensive system.
4) Bring up Zatkoff and actually play him every now and then.
5) Make a trade at the deadline for a good vet. (Iginla preferable)
6) Go after FA in the summer.
