It's what I use to watch Sports on my TV (using Nvidia Shield but it works with any device that you can install KODI on)

It's totally free but I will admit it is kind of funky, my advice if you do use it to change the stream quality so it's only 1080p (if your TV/monitor is only 1080p you don't have to worry about it)

But what about this, yo. I jam on video thru some badass shit, called 'vidE-oh-watch'....but it runs on higher definition than 1080p or not. i don't really know
