Are you going to call the "team leftovers" a national team?

Has it even been confirmed who has accepted to play in that travesty?

By avoiding taking any one from KHL:

Granlund (3,0) - Koivu (7,25) - Filppula (5,0)

Jokinen (4,0 - Barkov (0,925) - Pulkkinen (0,735)

Korpikoski (2,5) - Lehterä (4,4) - Teräväinen (0,925)

Rantanen (0,925) - Kemppainen (0,725) - Komarov (2,95)

Vatanen - (1,275) Määttä (0,823)

Lindell (0,82) - Ristolainen (0,925)

Lindbohm (0,64) - Jokipakka (0,9)

Total: 38,743M

Forgot the goalies:

Rask (7,0), Rinne (7,0), Raanta (0,8)

Total with goalies: 53,543 M$

Russia's defense looks terrible especially next to Canada's.
It the OP's Team Russia. I always wonder how people get to those ridic rosters.

AND while the russian D is obviously worse than the canadian it is better than fans from NA think.

Some canadian star D-men are also having a rough season btw.

Canadian stars(their agents) really know how to negotiate a contract. Look at the Swedish stars like Karlsson, Zetterberg, Sedins, Backstrom.. always been under 7M. Lundqvist knows the drill, though.

Agree on goalies, but starting with forwards...

Mozyakin and Nichushkin will have to try hard to make the team.

And hopefully NT staff won't spend a thought on picking Kulikov and Tyutin. I'm also not impressed with Medvedev.
