Yeah, that's what happened to me.

If I hear enough good things about it, I'll eventually give it a chance. There really is a lack of quality programming. There's gazillions of set and forget shows and movies but stuff like the first several seasons of GoT, Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul, the Expanse doesn't come around too often...there's not a lot out there that can really keep my attention at times. Side note, I FINALLY finished the original Walking Dead series. My god I was rooting for the zombies the least three seasons. Such a shame how long they drug that out. It deserved a much better and sooner ending.

You mean you're not going to watch the Daryl Dixon spin-off!?

I'm joking of course. I quit walking Dead shortly after they left the farm.

This f***er hasn't post in 16 months. I hate social media

I'm still trying to get Foppa here on HF after @Foppa offered it to me a decade or so ago, since he didn't post much, and people referred to me as that, but I turned him down because he beat me to it by a bit.

He hasn't posted in 7 years and his handle doesn't even auto generate when you type it anymore. Hope he's doing well.

Why would a company say they want to do a phone interview and then put that phone interview on Microsoft Teams? Just call my damn number lol.

They want to see your face and judge you when you answer that stupid question about your salary expectations.

Man I had a pretty grueling set of interview for the Miami Marlins. Lead Engineer position for their new analytics position and I felt like I absolutely killed it. Over 1000 applicants and I made it to the final 3. But I haven't heard back in 3 weeks now . You'd think after a 2 month interview process they'd at least send me a message that they went with someone else or something FFS. So frustrating.

My dream of Costanza'ing my way to the top of that org is ruined

I think I know your mistake...

Did you admit to having sex with the cleaning lady at your last job during the interview, and then tell the owner he reduced the team to a laughing stock because of his massive ego? Or did you leave that out?
