If you were a real fan you would do it.

... But for real, let us know how the post reactor stuff is.

It is unreal. It also is not easy. I died twice between leaving the reactor and getting to 7th Heaven.

Finally having this game in my hands and being able to explore Midgar is just unreal.

You lucky SOBs. Mine's not coming from Amazon until Tuesday. Gives me more time to finish Nioh 2 and my NHL 20 season I guess.

FF VII remake is simply amazing. Been playing for nearly 5 hours now, and still in sector 7. I love the battle system it combines both manual and automatic attack and block/evade controls, ATB system for spells and abilities, and can switch between party members to focus on different fiends. Has a FF XV battle feel to it, but just better since you have control of other characters. The jobs and hunts are also similar to past FFs, which I love that part of the game and gives you more things to do.

Disappointed knowing where it will end this game. But they are adding more depth story and more details compared to the original Midgar chapter.

Is there any word when the next parts are coming out? Really want to see Nanaki’s home, City of the Ancients, Gold Saucer, Nibelheim, Fort Junon, and etc. There is so much potential with these.

I’m about 4 hours in and I can understand why this game took so long to come together. The amount of detail that went into this game is impressive.

Really looking forward to the Gold Saucer, as well as countless other areas as well. Disappointed it will come out In separate parts though...

The voiceovers are well done too. It’s something FF has struggled with in the past imo. Cloud doesn’t sound like some, emo pansy ass. They gave him balls.

The battle mechanics are solid, but I think XV’s were better overall. More dynamic and faster paced with more control. But, replicating it exactly would have been repetitive and stupid, so I understand and appreciate the current system now.

I love how the game is a bit challenging too. It’s not an RPG you breeze through unscathed. This is a grind, and that’s something I love in RPG’s.

Chrono Trigger desperately needs a remaster.
Absolutely. Complete masterpiece, arguably the best RPG ever imo.

I think there would be a huge audience for many old school classics if there were redone properly. Secret Of Mana. Earthbound. FFIII. I realize developers can’t keep regurgitating hits from the SNES, but if the FF7 remake is very successful, it wouldn’t shock me to see some kind of push in that direction.

Wasn't it XV were you basically just hold one button down and it auto attacked almost the entire thing for you? These battle mechanics are far more advanced and rewarding.

No, you didn’t just hold down 1 button In XV.

You’re jumping, you’re warp striking, you’re switching weapons mid-attack, you’re also using your teammates specials.

What crazy combinations are you doing In the FF7 remake that I’m unaware of..?

It wasn’t the button mashing I liked more in XV.. It just felt like I had more control of my character and I liked it more. Doesn’t make it better. Just preference, I guess...
