Adams needs to target and initiate the trades…not wait for the offers.

He has need both, try to find a trade himself 24/7 and listen to all offers for his players and discuss them.

Weird teams like Florida, Edmonton, Minnesota and Columbus pick up defensemen on waivers while Adams passes.

I don't know if that's the set up - they've tried putting him toward the top of the right wing circle.

Can't keep putting JJ on the PP, he kills so much when the puck comes to him on the wall. That was a really nice thing about Mitts, he could collect the puck and calm everything down

Sadly I see the same trajectory because of the organization's decisions to fast track guys. We will be left with a 4th line winger with a regressed skillset, when he should've been an effective "middle 6 guy" with a pretty complete skillset if we were even a little bit patient.
