Really dope show on Sportsnet. They have a players panel and asking questions on past NHL players on their take on the Deadline. Interesting responses!!

Not sure where all this Rykov nonsense came from. There has been nothing confirming any rumors on him....

It came from Rykov being scratched yesterday. Of course, he’s been scratched in like half of the Wolfpack’s recent games. A fact that seems to be overlooked a lot. And there was some talk of an upper body injury, though that’s hard to fathom if he’s playing in some games and not others.

Saw the Hartford game Friday night and he played, but it obviously looks like he's playing hurt....

Please try to keep this a thread with posts related to this ongoing event. Too much off topic, non essential babbling makes following relevant information difficult for everyone.

If he is, he’s got some lingering injury that allows him to play when it feels good enough, but won’t be helped by sitting out all the games. That’d be a weird one I don’t remember ever seeing.

I say let him work himself out. He seems to be injured since Traverse, which is unfortunate....

Yeah. I don’t expect him to get moved today in either case. If his scratch yesterday was sudden, different story. But he’s been missing games before that, so...

I guess nothing will really surprise me, but I just don’t think anything involving Rykov has legs.

Great to see the Islanders buying. They are an aging team who basically has to go for it, but are just not that good and are saddled with contracts that either are or will be awful in the coming years.

they remind me of the Rangers years ago minus the goalie. They have work so hard for every goal
