I'm not sure if I understand OP.

Bruins + Blues lineup would beat them:

Marchand Bergeron Pastrnak
Schwartz Krejci Tarasenko
DeBrusk RoR Perron
Johansson Schenn Coyle
Bozak

Chara McAvoy
Krug Pietrangelo
Jaybo Parayko
Carlo

But, I think team Russia IF they had played together long enough would win on paper against just ONE of the Cup finalists.

Given that Team Russia consists of players, all of whom were eliminated from SC playoffs (some -- with painful ease)...

I think that the NHL teams would win tight series if it was on NHL ice with NHL officiating. Better cohesion, better defence. I think Russia easily wins a series if played on international size ice with IIHF officiating.

I think the Bruins/Blues would beat Russia's Olympic team, which this basically is.

Not to mention russian nhl stars will play even better on smaller size ice because they used to.

Not sure who would win, but I would love to see what Bergeron, Pastrnack and Marchand could do on the bigger ice, especially on the PP.

On international surface it's not even a contest, Russia would win Easily vs either team. Both nhl teams have no offensive depth just a bunch of plugs. A player like jaden schwarz is leading the blues, he's uselejss on big ice as seen last year. Imagine a player like Patrick maroon skating on the larger surface, there's superior skaters in beer leagues for goodness sake. Even Chara would be skated around by every player. The over rating of NHL players is laughable, a Finnish team full of non NHL players just Beat Sweden. Being in the nhl doesn't signify godly status.

Let's be honest here, this is not like any other sport, in the NHL there are a bunch of good teams and average and bad, there is no exceptional Hockey team in existence right now, the only time we can witness Hockey's true potential is at these tournaments and Olympics and it's refreshing to see what beautiful Hockey can look like instead of watching grown men physically hitting each other in a corner for half a game followed by loud Americans waving white towels like demonstrated in the joke that is the nhl playoffs.

And my goodness is it refreshing to always see culture present. The nhl fans are some of most uncultured people following any sport worldwide, and to see the Russian songs, Swiss Chants, Finnish passion is so refreshing. Showing once again where the true of home of Hockey lies, and that's the ice of international play.
