Who were the #3 and #5 overall picks in the 2003 Q draft?

I'm guessing they are not from Quebec?

#3 was Luc Bourdon from New Brunswick.

#5 was Romy Elayoubi from Quebec. He hasn't played the last few games so maybe he has a long term injury that will keep him out of the tournament.
