I’d go with Europe and I think our defense and Vasi in goal would be the deal breaker.

I want to like your post because of Tyrväinen: what a warrior!

I kind of want to like it thanks to Ilomäki: he needs to be kept in check, but he works hard and has some skill.

I cannot like it due to Toni Rajala. If ever there was a hard to like, go-f***-yourself overpriced mercenary, that would be him.

Edit: Also, where’s Julius Honka and Sami Lepistö among those nondescript defensemen? Check the game notes Finland: hockey’s supposed to be fun.

Not good enough. We have three vezina level goalies. Hintz isn’t Kopitar or Lindholm level for me and even if you think he is I brought them for mostly defensive roles. I would bring R.Andersson as another righty before Heiskanen on defence personally and I would also prefer Andersen to Saros.

Heiskanen has played the right side a lot and is a better player than Dahlin, Karlsson or Klingberg right now.

Every metric shows Heiskanen produces less offense than Dahlin, Karlsson and Klingberg. Dahlin and Karlsson are also better defensicely, especially Dahlin. This is a conclusion you can reach by watching them with eyes instead of possession based corsi stats.
