2 plus out of 5. Canada and USA are 5 of 5. I think France wont lose with double digits. Against teams such as Latvia, Germany and Slovakia they might even steal a point if they face them. But yes, France together with Italy and Denmark are weakest teams in the tournament.

This would have sounded better had they not been manhandled by Latvia just a few days ago.

So when are we getting confirmation that France is actually in?

Heard spring next year somewhere, but I feel like they could just as well do it now.

Well, the roster in Latvia was close to the best France can assemble at the moment. Potential additions would have been Boscq (still suspended until the end of October) and Spinozzi (if he is still trying to get his passport).

So it can only come down to how well prospects will develop over the next couple of seasons. List includes the likes of Tomasino, Simonsen, Dair, Tavernier, Tournier, Eyre, Besnier, Delmas, Goncalves-Nivelais or Neckar to name a few.
