Claiming a player does not effect waiver priority; claiming Bellows has no effect on if Philly could have claimed Balcers or not

That said, Tampa had waiver priority over Philly, so Philly didn't have a chance at him, anyway

It's only because Florida had no capspace after activating Ekblad. He was decent.

He was good in Ottawa when he started and then it became clear he wouldn't get the opportunities.

Good PP guy, good vision and decent shot. He has a good head for the game and knows how to manage the puck and be patient.

I always thought he could be a good middle 6 guy on a team that truly gives him a chance and trust.
