I've been drinking a lot of this lately. It's a bit of a process to make, but worth it. You mix ground coffee with a raw egg and some cold water, then you crush the eggshell and mix it with the cold water mixture, and add a more water and pan-boil it. Let it steep (I let it go for 10 minutes) and strain it. The egg adds a little subtle creaminess to the coffee, so I drink it black. Bit labor-intensive but I just make and drink it while I'm doing my makeup in the morning, which takes me a little over an hour anyway.

Anyone else tried this? If not, I'd recommend it.

What I do is I go on a huge 2 month cleanse and then once my body is utterly and entirely purged I start eating specific and rare forms of wood (arbutus and freshly cut cedar bows mostly) to begin preparing. After that I swallow unripe coffee beans (250g) and start eating oranges and limes. The citric acid cooks the coffee beans and the wood neutralizes the flavour while adding a base. I don't drink any fluids and I don't allow myself to use the toilet for 5 days as this settles.

After that I let it all out I'll toss it in the oven at 450 for 20 minutes and then put it in a cezve and prepare it like Turkish coffee.

Best coffee of all time
