Team ABBA vs. Team Borat...lol. Seriously though, it should be an interesting game to see if Kazakhstan can play with the Swedes in order to stay with the top group for the next world juniors.

Of all the teams that cycle in and out of this event (Denmark, Austria, Latvia, Norway) the Kazahks are just the most unknown... Not expecting much but would be happy to be pleasantly surprised.

Looking at the KAZ roster, the experience, stats etc of the players…it has to be one of the weakest teams in the top group during recent years, no? On paper, of course.

But guessing a Swedish win with less than 7 goals would be surprising? Let’s see how tight and disciplined they are able to play… hmmmz.

No, it's not, for their standards this is a pretty solid team. They were here in 2019 and 2020 and this is probably their more talented roster to date.

How big a win in these games ends up is so reliant on momentum, but without knowing much about the kazakh team I wouldn't be surprised at a 6-1/7-2 type of game.

For the sake of maintaining hopes of gold I would really like to see the 2nd line have a good game, and for the depth D to be able to play tight and move the puck. Watching Canada against Finland really reinforced the point that we need a lot more our way to have a shot.

They had quite decent scoring depth on paper too bad Hävelid decided three checking lines was better.

Fimpens biggest contribution to Swedish international hockey was his sperm, who knew?

I always like a swedish win, but the game is too lopsided to qualify as good entertainment. I even consider shutting the TV and going to bed. That never happened to me with a WJC game before.
