Is Gustav Lindstrom a pretty safe bet for making the team?

Also, does anybody that has ever watched him play have a scouting report on him? Do you think he’ll see any PP time?

I was thinking about a possible team for 2018/2019 and this is what i got:

Olle Eriksson Ek

Rasmus Dahlin - Filip Westerlund
Erik Brännström - Timothy Liljegren
Jacob Ragnarsson - Adam Boqvist

Filip Hållander - Jacob Olofsson - Fabian Zetterlund
Marcus Sylvegård - Isac Lundeström - Lukas Elvenes
Jesper Emanuelsson - David Gustafsson - Olle Lycksell
Oliwer Fjellström - Emil Bemström - Marcus Westfält

That F group is bad.

Agree about the forwards not looking the best. But I think you left some given names out as J. Berggren whom should be a lock and an impact player. I also think Holtz might be an impact player already next year. The defence is just godly, although there is quite a big risk Dahlin, Brännström or Liljegren might be in the NHL next year. Boqvist should've been on the roster this year. Next year he will dominate. Victor Söderström, Rasmus Sandin, Adam Ginning and a few others will be knocking on the door.

The only really safe bets on D are Dahlin, Brännström and Liljegren, although I'm also convinced Högberg will play a big role.

Since he's a talented RHD, I'd like to see Lindström on the team (and maybe getting some PP/PK playing time).

Players could emerge, Elvenes could become an SHL star ala Pettersson though an impact player would be good enough. Lundestrom and Hallander could also become good SHL players by that time, also Albin Eriksson could be a name worth watching.

Right about now... we got a good fifth line:

Filip Hållander – Jacob Olofsson – Isac Brännström – Jesper Bratt!

The othery:

Alexander Nylander - Lias Andersson - Elias Pettersson
Axel Jonsson Fjällby - Fredrik Karlström - Marcus Davidsson (capital meatballs)
Jesper Boqvist - Glenn Gustafsson - Oskar Steen
Tim Söderlund - Linus Lindström - Fabian Zetterlund (alligator blood)
Isac Lundeström -

Dahlin - Westerlund
Brännström - Liljegren
Högberg - Moverare
Sellgren - Lindstrom

Gustavsson & Larsson

where is gabriel landeskog??

The calm before the storm (Nylander announcement) ...

I'm fairly confident that Buffalo will release him. The tourney is local, obviously, and he could be back with Rochester within a day of Sweden's tournament ending. Both Rochester and Buffalo are getting relatively healthy - though that could change - and the Amerks can withstand his departure. Nylander didn't have a training camp this year due to his September injury, and has been at a deficit trying to make up that time with fewer practices between games. I think Botterill also wants him to get some confidence against his peer group rather than banging his head against the wall every night against AHL competition.

Interested to see what the PP units will look like. Guessing they will try to mimic the Växjö PP with a RHD (Liljegren) at Persson's position with Pettersson and Nylander at the half walls. Andersson at the goal line. Another option would be to play Dahlin with Liljegren.
