Yeah Hart is a contender too. Can't imagine how hard it was for him to come into this game cold.

It has to be Hart IMO. Coming in, cold, down one, and he's been nothing but calm, collected and controlled in his game. His rebound control has stabilized the Canadian defense and allowed for them to play their game.

The linesman all tournament have been calling anything close offside. I don't quite get it. There's been far more onside plays called offside than offiside plays called onside

I'm surprised at all the swedish fans on here whining about the refs. Face the facts. If it wasn't for horrible goaltending, Sweden wouldn't even be in this game. The score should be 6-0.

Because when hockey players embellish they typically jump face first into the ice. It's more of a swimming motion.

God I am cheering for canada, but some of these comments in this thread on sweden being dirty, because of a few hits, and scrums is ridiculous.

This is hockey, if you wanna go watch a sport with no contact, go watch some curling.

Sweden is doing nothing wrong, both teams are playing there heart out here, enjoy it and stop *****ing.

It's the hits after the whistle that bother me. Moreso the hit from behind on Strome? Against the boards long after the whistle had blown.
