Been a long time since little crowns beat Canada in Canada, with the exception of group stage games.
Have a good feeling about this one, though.

Really looking forward to this one. No offense but we were in a rather boring group so I'm looking forward to the first really competetive game. Unfortenly I don't think we'll win just because we usually not doing well against Canada. 4-3 to CAN is my guess but I hope we will pull through.

Canada always beat Sweden when it matters.

Sometimes with the help of the zebras.

5-3 Canada, empty net goal scored by goaltender.

/ Nostradamus

5-2 Sweden is my prediction.

What a joke.

This is Canada's game.
We invented it.
We perfected it.
We be its keeper.
CAN-A-DA! CA-NAD-A! C--ANAD-A!

And if we somehow lose (the refs, obvi), the government should shut down all the IKEAs. Gotta be tough.

Not confident about this one as a Canadian fan. Will be watching the Habs game as I think this one goes to the Swedes.

Canada will win this game as always against Sweden. Has Sweden ever won a elimination game agains Canada in WJC?

4-2 Canada

Sweden has looked good but they haven't played one of the other powerhouses yet. Canada has played 2. Might be more battle-tested.

If the Canada from the first 2 games and from the last 2 periods of the Czech game show up, they can make it a game. Otherwise, Swedes will have their way.

3-2 Canada.

As a proud Canadian, I highly doubt we win this one. Our goaltending woes will be the difference.

Probably 5-3 or 6-4 for the Swedes.

I dont know why the Canadians have us as favourites i say that the Canadians are the favourites they play at home

Yup.

Think they're jinxing themselve or flashback of last year

I think good in group stage and worse in playoff will hold true for Sweden. I've hardly watched WJC at all this year - I'm just guessing Canada will overwhelm the Swedish players in a important match.

4-1 to Canada.
