Suzuki or Caufield to start a franchise?

There are not so many wingers who you would build teams around. And usually these are generational or elite guys like Ovechkin, Jagr, Kane, Kucherov or at least great playmakers like Panarin. Caufield is not even close to this tier yet.

Suzuki. If two forwards are of similar value, always the centre. As great as Caufield is he’s closer to a luxury piece than a cornerstone piece like Suzuki is.
