Players not dressing for tonight's game:

* Patrice Bergeron
* Jeff Carter
* Jeremy Colliton
* Sidney Crosby
* Nigel Dawes
* Ryan Getzlaf
* Dion Phaneuf
* Michael Richards
* Brent Seabrook (day-to day)
* Shea Weber

Looks like all those guys have made the team. No surprises there.

Yup... those are the locks. A bit surprising to see Colliton though.

not really, Sutter loves him and he's played well in both the summer and winter development camp

He also played well at both Canada-Russia games and will look great on the checking line. People seem to underrate the skill level that Colliton posesses much like they do Stone as well.

Nope, not at all. As others have said, he was fantastic in the summer camp and has proven himself in the Russia series and in the dub. Perfect Sutter player. Leads his team in points, is the captain, has good size and skating. Can play as a banger on a scoring line or could be a key player on a checking line.

Plays a similar style to Chipchura but he's further along in his development and a more polished player at this point.

I didn't saw the summer camp at all so I didn't know.

Maybe Colliton is a more polished player than Chipchura, but when we look at the statistic, they were pretty even before Chipper's injury.

That is a little strange, but i guess they can only sit so many guys and still have a team...

And I mean... I knew Colliton was going to make the team but I thought he still had things to prove. I was wrong then.

Yeah, but I don't really know what more he needs to prove to make this team again. He's played very well in both camps and the Canada/Russia series. I wouldn't be surprised if Colliton is wearing an A in North Dakota.
