Sudbury Wolves 2024-25 Season Thread, Part IV

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

    Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Any injury updates for the Wolves vs the Soo tonight.

Status on Delic, Ewles, Henderson and Clayton. Hope this team gets healthy for the stretch drive.

Ignoring questionable moves by the GM, at some point someone has to ask what is happening with the coaching on this team. Almost every player o the roster looks worse now then they did at the start of the year.

Horrible d-zone coverage. Villy peeling away on the third goal when the play is going to our net. Then Pharand with a terrible pass back to the point causes the 4th goal. My question is why that line was still on the ice after brutal defensive effort on the third goal. Top line is god awful tonight. Molnar playing if he is must be hiding.

Pharand has one goal since December 13th. Clearly deserves to keep his spot in the top 6.

Has times like this every year. Lack of skill combined with no effort makes for length slumps. This one is more impresisve given he's played almost exclusively with Villeneuve and Walton.

These are two not very good teams, showing why they are both near the bottom of their divisions. The Soo were sellers and are still in contention for a playoff spot, the wolves on the other hand were buyers and we will leave it there.
