Not enough traffic in front of the net tonight. Always trying to make the extra pass for the highlight real goals instead of looking for dirty rebounds off shots. Anyways, on to game 4

Ivankovic is amazing. Expect more of that. He had something like a 0.930 or 0.940 against us in 3 games this year

Hopefully for you guys Vondras plays like he did game 1 in game 4

Vondras has been good all series. I highly doubt Ivankovic can be that good again. We lit him up in game 2, can easily do it again.

Wouldn’t say “easily”. He did come in cold in game 2 and once the first one goes in, it sort of digs at the mind. It’s a bit different if he knows he’s starting and can get dialed in.

What spear? he shouldered him, #4 took a dive looking for a penalty.
Gotta agree...If we're talking about the same play... Huge embellishment on that play..maybe a little elbow there but certainly no spear. If we're talking about the same play.

The kid is good, if he sees the puck he's going to stop it . The goals we got on him in game 2 were shots on net with a crowd in front, Wolves have to keep doing that.

Mississauga has the best goaltending tandem in the league, without question. Two guys that could be a legit #1 starter on pretty much every team in the OHL.

I thought they might have traded one of them at the deadline, but I guess this is why they held onto both.

Maybe after they get paid when Leenders is drafted this summer they’ll look at dealing him.

Coughlan did not play another shift after that, so I guess the coaching staff did not agree. Sitting behind the next I watched Coughlan put his stick between Leskovar's legs, and then jab it up from there.

Yearwood didn't play another shift and Walton got one more shift than the rest of the 4th line in the 3rd. Stop talking like you know what the coaching staff is doing or thinking.

Coughlan definitely did do the between the legs thing on Leskovar after he had been tackled in front of the net with no call.
Wasn't that bad and Leskovar tried to sell it.
I was surprised neither one was called.

Wolves better limit the sloppy play and start on time tomorrow and get lots of traffic in front of that wunderkind goalie. Otherwise they waste winning the two road games and have to start from scratch. The law of averages would suggest Missy is due to win in their barn.

They need to keep the shifts short. I know you want the big line out as much as possible, but not for 2-3 minute shifts. Big game tonight...

Wolves are still in a great position, and still hold home ice advantage. No need to panic, but the Wolves need to play with urgency and take care of business tonight. Wolves are going to get their looks and grade A scoring chances, but they gotta do a better job of burying their chances. Lots of traffic, greasiness, anything it takes to score some goals. Tip your hat to Ivankovic, the best goalie of his age class hands down. Crazy to think he's only 16 years old. If he keeps developing could be looking at Canada's future World Junior goalie and future NHL'er. Should be another good crowd at the old barn tonight, let's get loud and win tonight!

I wonder if you put Walton somewhere else to get him going? I'd love to see him play like he was mid-season. Rushing the net and using his body for position... Probably not a good game to try out new stuff though.
I definitely agree that it is a good time to mix up the lines; the Goyette line has been working well, but the remainder of the lines have all been struggling to various extents; seeing a mixup tonight would be nice.

Coughlan out - Signoretti in

Musty - Dvorsky - Konyen
Delic - Villeneuve - Goyette
Giroux - Signoretti - McCallum
Yearwood - Walton - Pharand

Anania - Collins
DeAngelis - McCoy
Van Vliet - Mania

Vondras
Vandenberg

Another suspension coming up for mississaiga. Bush league team.

How is this such a long review. It was so blatant I thought a Boulton brother was in the ice.

Now a golf swing to the head by Leskovar. He should be kicked out of the league. This might be the dirtiest play I've ever seen.
