Not enough traffic in front of the net tonight. Always trying to make the extra pass for the highlight real goals instead of looking for dirty rebounds off shots. Anyways, on to game 4
Vondras has been good all series. I highly doubt Ivankovic can be that good again. We lit him up in game 2, can easily do it again.Ivankovic is amazing. Expect more of that. He had something like a 0.930 or 0.940 against us in 3 games this year
Hopefully for you guys Vondras plays like he did game 1 in game 4
Wouldn’t say “easily”. He did come in cold in game 2 and once the first one goes in, it sort of digs at the mind. It’s a bit different if he knows he’s starting and can get dialed in.Vondras has been good all series. I highly doubt Ivankovic can be that good again. Gotta agree...If we're talking about the same play... Huge embellishment on that play..maybe a little elbow there but certainly no spear. If we're talking about the same play. What spear? he shouldered him, #4 took a dive looking for a penalty.
The kid is good, if he sees the puck he's going to stop it . The goals we got on him in game 2 were shots on net with a crowd in front, Wolves have to keep doing that.Wouldn’t say “easily”. Coughlan did not play another shift after that, so I guess the coaching staff did not agree. Sitting behind the next I watched Coughlan put his stick between Leskovar's legs, and then jab it up from there.Gotta agree...If we're talking about the same play... Yearwood didn't play another shift and Walton got one more shift than the rest of the 4th line in the 3rd. Stop talking like you know what the coaching staff is doing or thinking.Coughlan did not play another shift after that, so I guess the coaching staff did not agree. Coughlan definitely did do the between the legs thing on Leskovar after he had been tackled in front of the net with no call.Yearwood didn't play another shift and Walton got one more shift than the rest of the 4th line in the 3rd. I definitely agree that it is a good time to mix up the lines; the Goyette line has been working well, but the remainder of the lines have all been struggling to various extents; seeing a mixup tonight would be nice.I wonder if you put Walton somewhere else to get him going? I'd love to see him play like he was mid-season. Rushing the net and using his body for position... Probably not a good game to try out new stuff though.
