Alexandrov is signed to a PTO apparently. Can someone explain this one to me? Isn't he an RFA?

Did they quietly not qualify him to make him UFA and then PTO him?

There's an agreement in place; they just can't make it official until some players head off to Junior's and officially kick their contracts into "slide" mode.
