Yeah, was going back and forth between 3-4 players but he's just so good and so young still that a cheapskate franchise like Miami couldn't pass that up.

I think for each pick everyone should post the players age, contract/team control, salary so as to get an accurate picture of things.

He had probably the quietest huge year last year. 42 HR (led NL)/130 RBI (led MLB) granted he plays half his games at Coors but still, pretty much no fanfare whatsoever.
