I don't like a lot of those rebounds from Kallgren but he can make a save with traffic and he's always in position.

Glove looks good. Blocker not so much.

Nylander is one of my favorite players, I was singing his praises early on, but he's been ass for a few months now. Coasting, lazy, his usual self.

That Faksa punch to the back of Brodie to win the puck was something else.

Kallgren has been good but also pretty fortunate, bobbled a couple pucks that would usually result in a goal against. Still, given how rough it's been of late, nice to see some good breaks and hopefully he builds confidence. I picked him up in fantasy just in case he goes on a run.

Disagree man , Mo has come out of his shell tonight , as he has played like a veteran with Rooks , trying to cover up for them which has hindered his play
I think their defensive lapses will get better next game

Daniel Briere retired long time ago. Not many goalies in NHL have to worry about him anymore

One thing Kallgren does that the other Leafs goalies suck at is using his stick to steer low shots into the corners. I haven't seen that in ages. The other 2 guys kick it out with their pads.

Jamie Benn has lost his game it seems. He was a true powerforwad for a while

hard to believe now he actually led the NHL in points before. He was defintely a lot more suited for the style of play the NHL was accustomed to in it's lower scoring years that favoured bigger and slower players a little more than today. Even still though you got a guy like Pavelski who is way older and fairly slow for a small player and he's lighting it up.
