What’s hilarious to me is that Rogers has trotted out what? A dozen visible minorities and females in these roles over the years with literally not one being any good at all. (I suppose hanaryan Singh is a good pbp guy but the soccer style goal calls are annoying) TSN hasn’t tried to reinvent the wheel, brings in a female and she’s outstanding.

As expected Lil is a stud on 3rd pairing. Just leave him there for rest of season and into playoffs. No need to rush him into top 4 and ruin his confidence. There's no partner up there for him to excel. Will probably be one of the best third pairing players in the playoffs. That's a huge accomplishment for him this year. One step at a time.

Once he gets comfortable with a partner, he’s smooth and assertive. Both young D have been solid with the body n moving the puck.
They’re pretty good together.
