A core of young players winning the Cup in their very first playoff appearance doesn’t sound realistic to me, but it would be very encouraging. I’ll need a bigger sample suze from Schmid though.

It's kind of crazy that the Rangers quit halfway through their "rebuild" and now seem destined to stay in no man's land because Tom Wilson bullied Pavel Buchnevich and James Dolan got mad that people called his team soft.

They fired Gorton and Davidson, traded Buchnevich for Sammy Blais, and brought in a coach who relegated Kaako, Lafreniere and Chytil to the 3rd and 4th lines for 3 years.
