I’m up at 5 as well but my biggest issue with the later start is the Leafs and Jays will both finish at the same time which will add considerable time to the drive home.

The later start is probably so that the west can see most of the game, I hope that they accommodate the east by starting their games at 930pm instead of 10pm.

Weirdly excellent. 10-3-0 this season. 9 regulation wins, +16.

Not exactly the creme of the crop in terms of opponents at 7:30, but 6-2 win over Tampa was at 7:30.

Edit: Tampa on the other hand, 4-3-0 at 7:30. 3 regulation wins, -3. We've got this in the bag!

il take any slight advantage we can get. i just hope we dont have any afternoon games. I dont know what our record is, but i feel like we have a shit record in afternoon games

I think you have to play a game (get on the ice) at some point in the playoffs
To have one's name engraved on the Stanley Cup certain requirements must be met. A player must have at least 41 games (half a season) played with the club or one game played in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Too bad Nick Ritchie was scratched so much. Heh heh.

Cuthbert gives me anxiety. He's so stressful in the way he calls plays. Everything is an EMERGENCY OMG.

Now that Craig is away from Jim "Canuck" Hughson he is much more palatable. I think CC is one of the top 5 in the industry, but his age is starting to show for sure. I expect at least one "DID YOU SEE THAT" from him in this series.

I don't know of any examples off the top of my head and google is not super helpful as it focuses on either typo's or little used/little known players. But the strangest one I saw in a quick search was a couple members of the Kings sales/marketing team with no connection at all to the on ice product.

I'd be shocked if there wasn't at least a couple "scouts" with their names on the cup.

I thought you were wrong so I went and checked and you're right. Wow. Not only are we 0/5 in playoff series, we lost game 1 every time.

It doesn't guarantee a series win but yeah, it would be nice to start off for once in the lead and not chasing the series.

We won game 1 in Boston back in 2019

Whoops. Google is whack. I searched 2019 Bruins Leafs and it had regular season and playoffs all mixed in and the first game showed 4-2 Bruins.

That series pisses me off too. Game 6, we started off so well too and were on fire and Rielly scored the first goal IIRC. All downhill from there and then Game 7 4-3 lead into the third and still lost.
