There has been a tie!

Both Colten Ellis and Mathias Leferriere have received an equal number of votes for the number 14 spot. As such, a run-off will commence. The winner will be named the #14 prospect in the Blues pool while the loser will be placed back into the prospect pool list for the number 15 spot.

I'll keep this open for the standard two days given the holidays.
