This outing reminds me of the 1st couple of starts when berrios came to toronto. Then made adjustments. Good thing its spring training

Berrios having a tough outing
He looks like he has reduced velocity and no zip on any pitches.

Basically BP fastballs and spinning curves. Hope he's not hurt.....I noticed he kept shaking his arm out in the first inning after one offspeed pitch.

I haven't watched too much but I have noticed his velo is down. Could be spring issues.

Could be. But keeping him out there getting pounded really makes no sense. He could always finish his outing in the pen if he is healthy.

Espinal with the Vladdy-esque line drive rocket to the LF bleachers knocking over a chair.

Love to have a speed on that one. The Philly broadcaster said it's the hardest hit ball he has ever seen. lol

Friendly reminder that Mickey Moniak was the 1st pick of the 2016 draft.

career wRC+ of 18.

That is not a typo. It's actually 18. He's literally 80% worse than the average major leaguer. Career .128/.241/.191/.432 hitter.

so of course he does that.

biggio 2 for 2, if biggio gets back to his old self of 2 years ago this team is going to be unstoppable lol
That 2020 season was fun to watch. Biggio was a monster that year and a top 3 player on the team. He carried that Jays team to the playoffs with Hernandez and Ryu.
