What you just said reminded me of why I no longer listen to AM sports radio. The last radio sportscaster who gave a damn about the Kings and talked hockey was Lee Hacksaw Hamilton.
This is why I mostly listen to podcasts nowadays and you can also listen to Canadian broadcasts as well which are archived or through apps or podcasts.

Is there a particular Canadian broadcast/podcast that talks about the nhl as a whole? I imagine that canada doesn't have any la kings centric podcasts.

Hockey Central @ Noon covers the NHL and they do discuss the Kings and have Lombardi and Futa on from time to time.

I would love a 24/7 dedicated Kings radio station, but I know that's just a dream. I feel like there's enough audio content that could be used as filler on slow days or in between games. Broadcasting old games would be great to listen to, even taking the many video specials lakings have created and just broadcasting the audio would great to listen to. Then on game days, it would be great to get more analysis before and after the game. Like I said, just a dream. Not sure how it would be funded. Unless maybe it were a podcast.

Thanks guys! I just downloaded the app i tune. You guys can get 590 the fan live on an app called radio canada on android.
thanks for posting this...was just thinking today if there was an online stream for the same thing. I listen to the Fan 960 which covers the NHL like 90% of the time. but the vast majority of that is on the flames..which makes sense. Was wondering if there is a similar broadcast for the kings.
