Had to do a double take on the VAN radio broadcast, SPO doesn't have much pull on their arena lease I guess. Mens bracket I can see but to get kicked out with the womens NCAA deal ? I wonder if VAN will have to share some gate $$ for SPO missing the FRI / SAT games. Sort of a slap for winning the top seed spot.

Doesn't seem to have hurt them much. They'll do just fine. The Spokane Arena probably made more money having the NCAA games there than they would have with games 1 and 2.

Arena def got a higher take from the deal, those tix not priced like a WHL playoff ticket, hockey team misses out on the fri / sat home dates which do much better business than a tues / weds that the lower seed normally gets. But does look like SPO is on track even with that 3 rd period collapse in game #2
