4th liner on a legitimate NHL team! A lot more than we can say for Burroughs (and last year's Sharks).

I'm enjoying how active Grier is. We have so many bottom six forwards. Also, assuming we sign him for 1 year, we lose the additional year on Burroughs' contract which we don't need.

Cheap depth RHDs like Burroughs stick around the edges of the NHL and AHL like cockroaches in this league. Grundstrom is a very nice bottom-6 piece.

Props to Mike Grier. Rough start last summer with the Erik Karlsson trade, but since then...wow. The Hertl trade was incredible; the Goodrow addition for nothing; the Walman and pick addition for nothing, and now getting rid of that Burroughs contract (I fell off my chair when Burroughs was signed last season).
