Imagine being waived by the Sharks. This on the same level as Zach Sanford being waived by the Hawks.
Idk what happened to him, a couple of seasons ago he looked promising. No injury problems, no character problem. He just lost that dog in him apparently, I hope he's doing alright, always came across as a likable guy.

That’s immediately what I thought when I read the thread title. Not even San Jose wants him on the NHL roster.
Like the posters above me, I imagine what happens is that he gets reclaimed by Calgary and promptly stashed in the minors. If Calgary doesn’t put in a claim, then he clears.

This dude is terrible. Nothing positive about his game at all. He’s had some flashes where he looks good but is absolutely invisible 99.9% of the team.
