Sizing question on CCM 520 Pro Stock Pant

I have looked around but have had a hard time finding a clear answer. Do the Pro Stock 520's fit a little more snug than say the CCM u+ line? I wear a 38" waist blue jean and normally an XL hockey pant fits with just a little bit of roominess. Will a 520 XXL be my best bet to get a similar fit to the XL's ive always worn? Thanks for any insight!

while we're at it how does the 7000 pro stock pant fit in there? same as the 520 or ? thanks!
