Seven candidates for a breakout season in 2013-14

Slava Voynov, Los Angeles Kings: Voynov may be on the cusp of stardom as he enters his third NHL season. After putting up eight goals and 20 points as a rookie in 2011-12, he scored six times and finished with 25 points in 48 games last season while seeing his average ice time grow to 22:18 per game. Voynov has flown under the radar on a team with stars like Anze Kopitar up front and Drew Doughty on defense; that's not likely to be the case for much longer.

Where he really shone was in the playoffs, and they didn't mention that at all in the article. :/

yes, I too am expecting bigger and better things from Voynov this year as well. He certainly did impress.

Hey - nice avatar!! That's the Rams logo they should always be using, even if they are playing in StL (for another year or 2 - hopefully they're coming back to L.A.) I miss Sunday 10:00 games times when they played in the east coast. Kickoff and breakfast - awesome!! (and in a perfect world just 90 minutes away)

It's the logo they used in the late '60s, when I became a fan. I miss them in L.A. too. They should come back home.
