That's false. Many of them would in the AHL. AHL has to make room for kids because they're developing them, not older players. And most get paid more in Europe.

Wrong comparison. These Canadians may be Team R or even worse, but they are still better than all the Canadians playing in the DEL, who most times are the stars of their German teams, ahead of our German players.
