Härregud, that's just Tornio-Haparanda - those people have been marrying their cousins for generations and are only partially separated by language. I would hardly count them as normal. Anyway, it's a nice rivalry but it's not even the slightest bit sinister historically like Finland-Russia or, for example, England-Ireland as there is not a drop of blood shed for 800 years.
