Kaprizov is a player who can score at any given moment, and Nichushkin need like 5 moments just to get a single shot on goal.
Kaprizov > Nichuskin.
Kaprizov is legit.

So who's the bad guy now?
A lot of momentum was gained for Canada when they managed to score on the PP after 17 seconds into the 3rd period.
Had they not scored I think that would have allowed Russia to get the game back into the pre-penalty stage that they had during whole of the 2nd period. Also all those missed opportunities in 2nd would have decided it too, I think.
But the biggest decider I still believe was all those power plays Canada was getting in the end of the 2nd period/whole 3rd period. It gets really annoying knowing you can never lead a game against Canada in any major tournament without starting to get tons of penalties against you in the end.
I honestly believe that this is a huge problem in international hockey, just like the bias for football teams like Barcelona, R Madrid etc. (me being barcafan and admitting this being a problem). Refs get too pressured to favor these kind of teams with huge influence over the sport.
How many points has he scored at the tournament? You don't have to be one of the better, you have to score goals. Nichushkin can't and Kaprizov can.
There were 3 penalties, not 4. 2 of them were absolutely clear and deserved. Only 1 was questionable. And Canada did not score on neither penalty. Those penalties were the result of Canada's incredible pressure on Russia.
The penalty against Kuznetsov was the most outrageous! He clearly lost his balance and fell turning the corner behind the net and slid into the goalie. If the goalie leaves the net to go out for a skate and stickhandles around, he does not warrant special protection.
everybody is allowed an opinion.Lol the ref gave Canada like 3-4 PP last Period and 2 of them were not penalties at all lol
Russia got dominated in the 3rd period. Don't couple me in with one poster, I've always supported this tournament since I was a kid.
The game was played in Germany...
Vasilevskiy lets in 3 goals more often than he doesn't.
Not surprised that he completely melt down and choked.
Not even Hasek could stop those goals
Stop overstating the prowess of your team when it wasn't even on display until the 3rd period. Don't mistake being on a cavalcade of power plays as domination. Don't imply that just because his opinion differs from yours, that the "one poster" wasn't more right than wrong.
Canada owns the Russians again...fun times.
Shypachyov lose all faceoffs against Canada. Good luck, Vegas
Did you start your TV just in time for the canadian power play session?
I think it's comical to think that Canadians get an advantage/preferential treatment in international hockey played in Europe/Russia...I suspect a significant majority of Canadian hockey fans disagree with your assessment, and likely many feel the opposite and always haveA lot of momentum was gained for Canada when they managed to score on the PP after 17 seconds into the 3rd period.
