I guess that Russia started getting ready for the victory parade during the second intermission and forgot that they still had to play the third. Just terrible. But all the credit to Canada as they started playing to their full potential when the Russians were concentrating more on perhaps enjoying some Vodka after their well earned victory.

Not that hard when refs decided to give Canada 5v4 pp for the rest of the game in 3rd.

Maybe Russia should stop taking penalties. It's not like they were not penalties.

Canada absolutely outplayed Russia in this game. No wonder quality is in favor of Canada. Domination in 3rd period.

Nothing new, always pro-Canada bias from refs in all forms of hockey related tournaments.

Been watching this stuff from you for awhile now.

Russians settled back and tried to just play prevent defense for the last period, teams that do that usually lose.

Heck of a comeback there.

Credit to Russia for getting that sizable lead. But, also credit to the Canadian team for not giving up. It was tough getting room out there, Russia was doing their best to defend that lead.

In the end just a fun as heck comeback. Without a doubt a hard fought game.

Congrats to Canada. Russia played great for 2 periods, then had a complete collapse in the 3rd. The bright side for Russia is that it was a very good showing for all of the KHL players that most NA fans have never even heard of. Player depth is improving, and the next generation is already far better. Coaching is awful, so if this disgrace causes Znarok to be replaced, it was worth it!
