I know Canada is far from their best roster, but even Switzerland is missing a few NHL'ers and key pieces.Good for international hockey.

Imagine getting into the final 4 and it be a major disappointment just because you're not winning the tourney every yearPlus it's the IIHF WC, so.
There's always a chance, but it's somewhat rock-paper-scissors in these tournaments. Sweden has never struggled playing Switzerland, while they've struggled alot beating Russia and Canada. I wouldn't bet the rent on Switzerland. Switzerland plays kind of like Sweden, only Sweden has better players for the job.
Which is becoming a more and more important tournament.Plus it's the IIHF WC, so.
It's the only way the Oilers will be playing hockey into MayWhich is becoming a more and more important tournament.
Isn't intentional offsides the call if they clearly want the whistle? The faceoff will be in their own end if the ref notices that the offsides was clearly deliberateI wonder why attacking players don't go for the puck when they're offside. Leaving the puck gives the other team possession, while taking it creates a faceoff. Second option is better.
If the goalies were switched the score would be switched. That is the difference the Swiss goalie is making.
I don't like Schenn with McDavid at all
It almost reminds me of Hyman with Matthews. There isn't enough skill beside McDavid there
Needs a shooter, a pure shooter
Yeah sad to see.
Goaltending has been the biggest weakness for Canada. This happens sometimes, it happens to everyone. Good to laugh when your team is already out.
