Sebrango to Toledo - WTF !!

Given Sebrango has played over 100 games in the AHL, and had a great WJC a year ago, I'm somewhat stunned he's on his way to the Walleye. Nothing against the Walleye but it usually does not bode well when you're sent down as a young prospect after 2 years in the "A". I'm thinking maybe the Walleye need an upgrade on D so Cossa doesn't get shelled every night but that's probably me wishful thinking. Anyways has anyone heard anything? Has he been that bad to warrant the send down.
