Dadonov didn't want to waive to Anaheim for the tax reasons. Seattle has low income tax, Vegas gets an RFA, but also Seattle has cap space for Dadonov's contract so wins all around. That's the only team that could take him and I expect Seattle will want a lot for taking his contract.

Seattle doesn't have many contracts and Cholowski is arbitrary. Would say Borgen as he's a cheap contract with an extra year after.
