Cool. It’s 12.5% to me.Hopefully we win the lottery but that 12.5% chance might as well be .000125% as far as I’m concerned.
That’s what I feel like. I feel hopelessIt's unbelievable, really. I feel like this team could get McDavid and he would forget how to score.
Covid never happens, this team misses the playoffs. Free experience.
Lots of good pieces here but the mentality needs to change for this rebuild to succeed. This team doesn't have the puck enough. That's been the problem since we're drawing on cave walls.
Having Hank has been wonderful but we abused that privilege. Even with Hank, "let's just give up the zone because we have our security blanket" doesn't work. We watched it not work for years.
It's really not an issue now because has holes. We knew that. But I don't want them going down the same road with Shestyorkin.
No it’s not. Lafreniere won’t do much if this is what the team continues to play like. I’d rather have this team look good and build some chemistry
Do goalies really provide value? Is the difference between league average, and veznia-level big name, really worth the difference in cap hit?
We just got aced by a 33 year old journeyman. Does it make sense to play a Lundqvist 8M a year? Do we really hope Shesty gets that good and we have to pay him 10M?
I'm half tempted to ride Georgiev for a 5 year/15M deal. A Georgiev is about all you need to really make a cup run.
No.Anyone else think we need to do what it takes to keep Fast?
Not if they don't stay out of the penalty box. Just because we were incompetent on the PP, doesn't mean playoff competition will be.
Obviously I would love Lafreniere. But I would rather us look better and progress. Getting lots of top picks just means the development of your players has stalledDelusional.
This team needs more elite forward talent. Lafreniere is exactly what we need.
Motivator? The team looked dead The entire seriesDemote Quinn tbh.
I think he's a good educator and motivator, but in regards to developing strategy and whatnot....no.
This team needs more guys like Fast And Lemieux who are legitimate bottom 6 guys that can generate some energy.
Especially when the opposition only has to target one line and shut them down.
Hopefully a guy like Barron can help but we really need some more guys like that in the pipeline.
I will accept it. Rangers have dominated canes for a long time. Celebrate when I can. You guys have a great young core coming up for sure. Treat the Goat well. He helped Charlotte win their championship but i wish he could have gotten a shot with the canes. He has a ton of upside.Bookmarked.
It may not matter now, it may not matter 10 years from now. But it will matter. Eventually. Probably like 20 years. But what a retort you will get.
Canes had 16 players from last years ECF team on this team.Thats hugeFor all the Rangers are young (they are), Carolina came into the bubble as the 7th youngest team, they weren't playing the 94 Rangers here.
