No. He's been idiotic this season and last season, too. Those deflections onto goal are also his fault to a degree as well. Instead of taking the body or attempting a pokecheck, he sometimes opts to go down on the ice when there is big enough space to still attempt a SOG.

Girardi gave them Game 1 and he tried to give them the game twice just now.

Guy is gassed. It's sad to see him play such awful hockey, because I really do like the dude, but he's not a 1st pairing defenseman right now.

Good news is we have Dan Girardi until he's 35.

I'm glad we do. He was fantastic during the season and for much of the playoffs. Dude is either injured or gassed.

They burned out so much in previous series coming back from down 3-1 and junk. Maybe it's their conditioning, maybe it's their opposition, maybe their game style... but it's sad to see
