Pretty simple this year, especially when you consider Sweden will definitely win, the USA/Finland game is essentially a game for 2nd, the Slovakia/Kazakh game is essentially a game for 4th.

Pool A:

Winner of Canada/Russia is 1st, Loser is 2nd

Czech Republic finishes 3rd if they beat Denmark
Czech Republic finishes 4th if they lose to Denmark in OT/SO
Czech Republic is 5th if they lose to Denmark in regulation

Switzerland is 3rd if Denmark beats Czech Republic
Switzerland is 4th if Czech Republic beats Denmark

Denmark is 4th if they beat Czech Republic in Regulation, otherwise they're 5th

Sweden is 1st if they beat Kazakhstan
Sweden is 1st if they lose to Kazakhstan in OT/SO and USA doesn't beat Finland in regulation
Sweden is 1st if Finland beats USA in OT/SO
Sweden is 2nd if they lose to Kazakhstan in OT/SO and USA beats Finland in regulation

Which QF matchups are in Vancouver and which are in Victoria?

I guess it depends on if Canada finishes 1st or 2nd because they play in Vancouver regardless? I assume Sweden stays in Victoria as the top seed on that side.

The basic is 1st and 2nd seed staying unless host team is involved. So Canada and Russia will play QF in Vancouver, Sweden and winner of USA/Finland in Victoria.
