Yeah his team did him no favours but 3 of those goals he should have had.Patrick Quinlan is getting lit up in London tonight. It's as if he signed!!
Beamish as 4C. Wow. Figured they'd put him higher in the lineup. But for the first time in awhile they are building continuity with the lines. Be interesting to see if he's on either PP or PK.FIscher is back in after missing 15 games. Beamish makes his debut. Here are the lines for tonight:
Brown-Filak-Karimov
Edwards-Wainwright-Johnston
Kostuch-Di Iorio-Doucette
Franceschetti-Beamish-Moses
Fischer-Bodin
Hurt-Barr
Andersen-Bridgewater
Surzycia
I thought so too but it makes sense considering the kid just got a few days ago at the earliest. He probably hasn't had any time to learn the team's systems yet. I wouldn't be shocked to see him on the fourth line this weekend and then move him up in the lineup next weekendBeamish as 4C. Wow. Figured they'd put him higher in the lineup. Might be a good thing for him that he doesn't know letangs "system" lolI thought so too but it makes sense considering the kid just got a few days ago at the earliest. Need to get them both away from Johnston. Dude is sucking the life out of any puck movement or pacing.Line 2 is aweful, nothing going on seems like guys on 3 different pages.
I was really hoping with Fischer back and Beamish coming. That it would add some energy. And boy has it not. Coaches have lost the room IMO.
