LA to San Jose isn't too far for travel on a back to back. We have seen much much worse.Less than 24h between games plus travel? Not ideal. Why can't they do better scheduling?
Sleep when your dead, enjoy life!10pm was too late, I fell asleep during the first period, missed the goal against completely but was awake for half the second and third and then couldn't get back to sleep. Those late games are wild for my sleeping patterns, 8pm is much more manageable.
I couldnt imagine following a team on the Westcoast living on the Eastcoast. Also living on the Westcoast would be awesome for sports since most Sabres games would start at 4pm right after work and you would be in bed by 8pm to be up for 5am.
guess it will be more like 8:30 with the retirement ceremony8pm is a much better start time
That is fairly standard for east coast teams making a swing through CA. Same for western Canada - 3 games in 4 nights in EDM, CAL, VAN.Less than 24h between games plus travel? Not ideal. Why can't they do better scheduling?
The Thornton, Marleau, Pavelski, Nabikov, Boyle, Heatley, Blake, Burns, Vlasic, etc. Sharks teams have to be the biggest playoff disappointments this century.guess it will be more like 8:30 with the retirement ceremony

Sharks arent good, but this is a 3 in 4 + a b2b in less than 24 hours + weird west coast times. Need a gutsy win even if it isn't pretty. Not feeling good about Reimer in net. Hopefully, that's a bit more motivation for the team to play their asses off.
Depending on the month is either 4PM or 5PM starts just because everyone else does something archaic like changing their clocks twice a year.10pm was too late, I fell asleep during the first period, missed the goal against completely but was awake for half the second and third and then couldn't get back to sleep. Don't get me wrong. Big Joe is a guaranteed first-ballot HoF nominee and richly deserves having his jersey retired by the Sharks.Buffalo has hung some banners for guys who were pretty ho-hum in the playoffs too. It's a similar vibe to the '70's and early '80's Sabres honestly.
