Norris is in. He skated with them this morning and they have no other centers with Kulich out

JBD has to sit in Canada and wait for his new Visa. And it’s the weekend. So we won’t see him until a practice midweek. I don’t think he’ll play until next Saturday…but that’s a guess. Takes a couple days to sort out…and we play Wednesday. It’s possible he makes it to that game but I don’t know if they’d throw him in without skating for the team yet when they have the next two days off before a game.

Yeah. Norris doesn’t need any papers to work in the US. JBD can’t even leave the country until his new visa is sorted out. It’s why teams hate having the deadline on a Friday. He couldn’t even come down, meet the team or watch practice. Stuck until immigration stuff is sorted. The visa he had is tied to an employer he no longer works for. So it’s void.

He needs to get his P-1 or O-1 visa from the US embassy in Canada. I think to avoid breaking visa rules, they don't even want them watching practice. Since the team is in FL, it makes sense he just hangs out in Ottawa and gets his paperwork in order.
