Still playing for home ice so these games are meaningful. But I do agree that he should sit if this is something that could be helped by rest. Tough to say if that's the case with the info we have.

Buffalo isn't a very physical team. So, it is a fine game to take a game off for the Simmonds/Clifford duo. They already burned a year on Abruzzese. So, they should take a good look at him in the regular season.

Bro when is this game ??? I fully thought it was yesterday LOL, went out bought steaks, cooked em up and made tacos, turn on the TV and there's only Montreal vs Winnipeg...lost my shit. Ended up watching the Jays game which was nice, Bichete is a beast but like whyyy is this game so far.

Playing a low event game really just helps buffalo. Slowing their offense down doesn't really mean anything
